The former microfinance companies merged with each other in a swap ratio of 1:1:1. Following the merger, the company maintained 3,928,088.75 units of shares which has been listed in NEPSE on September 3.
Similarly, NEPSE informed that the stock trading of Kisan Microfinance that was suspended since the final agreement of merger has been opened.
NRN Laghubitta started joint transaction on July 13 after acquiring Kisan Microfinance and Divya Laghubitta.
NEPSE has assigned (NLBSL) code to the company. The opening price of the stock for the trading to be started from coming Sunday, September 6 is Rs 669.66.
