NEPSE index has jumped by 42.01 points i.e. 2.78 percent in the pre-opening session of the first trading day of the week.
Experts analysis that the uptrend is the due to departure of Dr Yubraj Khatiwada from the post of Finance Minister.
During the session, the stock price of 85 companies has increased while of two companies have declined.
The gold price has gained while the silver price has declined on April 28.
