Womi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha (WOMI) is set to merge with Grameen Swoyamsewak Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha. Both institutions signed a memorandum of understanding regarding the merger on September 11.
Following the merger agreement, the stock trading of Womi Lahgubitta has been suspended by NEPSE.
The gold and silver price have log big gain on March 2.
