On Thursday through a social media network Facebook Durga Prasad Chapagain, Chief of Pun's secretariat informed that Minister Pun submitted a proposal to re-appoint Ghising as the Chief Executive Director of NEA in the cabinet meeting on Monday.
Chapagain clarified that only Ghising's name was proposed in the cabinet after consulting with Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli and CPN (Maoist) Executive Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal Prachanda.
