Moreover, after receiving foreign currency in the account of the domestic bank, one can convert a limited amount to domestic currency as per the limit specified in the payment instrument like wallet operated by the payment service provider (including banks and financial institutions).
If one needs to send money to a foreign country as fees, royalties, and other in the course of earning foreign currency, he/she must follow the rules issued by the Department of Foreign Exchange Management, NRB.
