The insurance company auctioning 50,000 units of promoter shares of Citizens Investment Trust under its ownership from September 13.
The interested banks and financial institutions and insurance companies can bid for a minimum of 100 and maximum of all shares divisible by 10 at a minimum price of Rs 2,300.
The interested bidders can bid from issue manager Nabil Investment Banking, Central Plaza, Naxal and Head Office of Premier Insurance at Narayanchaur, Naxal.
