The meeting will delegate authority to BOD forward merger/acquisition with potential partners. Moreover, the bank will approve a proposal of establishing its work area in Parsa, Bara, Rautahat, and Mohottari.
In this regard, the bank will close its book on September 25, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till September 24 will be eligible to attend the AGM.
