Neco Insurance (NIL) is set to auction 1,070,206.84 units of promoter shares. The interested existing promoter shareholders and individuals, firms, companies and institutional organizations can bid for the shares from October 6.
The minimum price per unit share has been quoted Rs 315 by the company. The interested investors can bid for a minimum of 5,000 and a maximum of all shares by October 20.
The company has appointed Sunrise Capital as its issue manager.
The gold and silver price have recorded big fall on May 20.
