Out of the total detected cases today, 1,017 are from Kathmandu Valley. Kathmandu reported 783, Lalitpur 118 and Bhaktapur reported 116 infections.
Similarly, in the last 24 hours, 2,340 patients have been discharged from hospital after recovery. The number of total recovered cases has reached 67,542 in the country.
Meanwhile, 9 individuals lost their life due to COVID-19 in Nepal in the last 24 hours. The number of death due to the deadly disease has reached 563 in the country.
