Global IME Laghubitta (GILB) is set to acquire Sparsh Laghubitta. Both microfinance companies signed a memorandum of understanding regarding the acquisition on October 6.
Following the acquisition agreement, NEPSE has suspended stock trading of Sparsh Laghubitta.
The gold price has increased while the silver price has decreased for second day on August 24.
