Sanima Bank (SANIMA) has announced a dividend of the last FY. The board of directors meeting of the bank held on October 13 decided to distribute 13.60 percent dividend to its shareholders.
The bank will distribute 3.60 percent cash and 10 percent stock dividend to the shareholders. The proposed dividend is subjected to approval from NRB and its upcoming AGM.
Currently, the bank has a paid-up capital of Rs 8.80 billion.
The gold and silver price have declined on February 18.
