The company informed that the AGM will be conducted through video conference for which the participants will be provided zoom ID and passcode.
The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 24.21 percent cash dividend to its shareholders. In this regard, the company will close its book on October 29, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till October 28 will be eligible to attend the AGM.
