Out of the total detected cases today, 2,402 are from Kathmandu Valley. Kathmandu reported 1,784, Lalitpur 374 and Bhaktapur reported 244 infections.
Similarly, in the last 24 hours, 3,522 patients have been discharged from hospital after recovery. The number of total recovered cases has reached 88,040 in the country.
Meanwhile, 21 individuals lost their life due to COVID-19 in Nepal in the last 24 hours. The number of death due to the deadly disease has reached 715 in the country.
