Nepal Infrastructure Bank to issue biggest IPO till date

Nepal Infrastructure Bank is set to issue the biggest IPO of the country. The bank has called out AGM on November 18 to endorse a proposal of issue the biggest IPO worth Rs 8 billion.

The bank has issued capital of Rs 20 billion. The bank will issue 40 percent i.e. Rs 8 billion worth of IPO to the general public. Out of which, 0.2 percent will be allocated to the employees.

The bank approved the IPO proposal from its first AGM as well, however, it could not issue the IPO due to unavoidable circumstances.
