Mero Microfinance (MERO) has announced dividend for the last FY. The 102nd board of directors meeting of the company held on November 4 decided to propose 17.8315 percent dividend to its shareholders.
The company proposed 16.9399 percent stock and 0.8916 percent cash dividend for tax propose to the shareholders.
The proposed dividend is subjected to approval NRB and its upcoming AGM.
The net profit of development banks has declined less compared to commercial banks and finance companies in the third quarter.
