Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has listed 3 million unit of shares of Nirdhan Utthan Laghubitta (NUBL) on Sunday, November 8.
The company announced of distributing 25 percent stock dividend worth Rs 300 million and 15.53 billion worth of cash dividend to its shareholders.
Following the listing, the shareholders can now trade the shares in the secondary market.
The net profit of development banks has declined less compared to commercial banks and finance companies in the third quarter.
