Multipurpose Finance Fixes Book Close Date For Upcoming AGM

Multipurpose Finance (@MPFL@) is set to close its book from November 26.

The 359^th board of directors meeting of the company held on November 4 decided to call its 22^nd AGM on December 4 at 11:00AM.

In this regard the company is closing its book from November 26, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till November 25 will be eligible to attend the AGM.

NEPSE publishes list of 123 companies eligible for margin trading

Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has published a new list of listed companies eligible for margin trading. According to the chapter 3 (8)1 of the Margin Transaction Facility Procedure, 2082, NEPSE has qualified 123 companies for trading.
