In the first phase, the company will issue the primary shares to ward no 3,4,6 and 7 of Chandragiri Municipality, all wards of Thankot VDC , ward no 3,4,5,6,7,8 of Mahadevsthan VDC, ward no 9 and 10 of Thaha Municipality of Makwanpur District and ward no 5 of Indrasarawor Rural Municipality.
The company has appointed Global IME Capital as its issue manager.
The interested investors can apply for a minimum of 10 to maximum of 3,060 units of shares.
The IPO will close early on December 16 and lately on December 31.
