The company is auctioning 1,851,357 units of shares including 1,385,268 units of promoter and 466,089 units of ordinary shares that went unsold during its issuance.
The interested investors can bid for the shares from BOK Capital Market, Kamaladi, designated branches of Bank of Kathmandu, Head Office of Samriddhi Finance and Kanchanpur Branch of Jyoti Bikas Bank.
The bidders can bid for a minimum of 100 and maximum of all shares within NRB limit at a minimum price of Rs 100.
