Rasuwagadhi Hydropower (RHPL) has called out 8th AGM on 4 January 2021 in the conference hallof Chilime Hydropower Company, Dhumbarahi, Kathmandu at 11:00 AM.
The meeting will approve annual report, financial statement of the last FY.
In this regard, the company will close its book on December 27, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till December 26 will be eligible to attend the AGM.
The gold and silver price have gained on April 19.
