Rastriya Banijya Bank has called out AGM on Februay 11 in the conference hall of its head office through a virtual medium.
The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 2 percent stock and 2.50 percent cash dividend including tax to its shareholders.
The gold price has increased while the silver price has decreased on June 26.
