The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 10 percent cash dividend including tax to its shareholders.
Moreover, the meeting will appoint an auditor and elect board of directors.
In this regard, the company is closing its book from March 12, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till March 11 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
