The meeting will amend its article of association and memorandum of association as well as elect two directors from the general shareholders group.
The meeting will also approve annual reports of FY 2075/76 and 2076/77.
In this regard, the bank is closing its book from February 17, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till February 16 will be eligible to attend the AGM.
