The board of directors meeting of the company held on March 4 decided to propose a stock dividend of 15 percent and a cash dividend of 0.78 percent for tax purposes.
As per the company, the dividend also includes 4 percent stock dividend announced for the FY 2074/75.
The company called out 12th, 13th and 14th AGM on March 30.
In this regard, the company will close its book on March 16, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till March 15 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
