The meeting will approve the decision taken by board of directors on February 14 regarding corporate guarantee in loan taken to construct project by Lower Ikhuwa Hydropower Company and delegate authority to BOD to merge/acquire other hydropower companies.
In this regard, the company is closing its book from March 26, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till March 25 will be eligible to attend the AGM.
