The meeting will endorse a proposal of issuing 50 percent right issue of the currnet paid-up capital. Moreover, the meeting will delegate authority to BOD to amend article and memorandum of association and elect two directors from ordinary shareholders.
In this regard, the company will close its book from April 6, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till April 5 will be eligible to attend the AGM.
