The meeting decided to purchase 30 percent issued capital of the hydropower project. It will buy 6.75 million units of shares a face value of Rs 100 amounting to Rs 675 million.
As per the company, it has decided to sign a memorandum of understanding regarding the purchase with the hydropower project.
