Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has released the stock trading of Kisan Laghubitta on April 1 after the latter submitted a clarification.

Previously, NEPSE had suspended the stock trading of Kisan Laghubitta and demanded clarification from the company regarding a publication of notice that has listed an agenda of issuing 100 percent right shares which was later dropped by the company which had affected its stock price in the secondary market.

In its clarification, the company informed that it delisted the agenda after a discussion with Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB). It informed that the first notice with the right issue was published as per the discussion carried out with the board of directors without discussing the agenda with the regulatory body. Given that the AGM notice is required to publish before 21 days, it was published with the agenda. However,  NRB suggested the company to drop the agenda altogether, thus, the agenda was delisted in the next notice.
