The company has quoted a minimum price of Rs 1,600 for the promoter shares. The interested and eligible existing shareholders, individuals, companies and institutions can bid for the promoter shares.
The bidders can bid for a minimum of 100 and maximum of all shares under NRB limit.
The issue will close on May 17.
The company has appointed NIBL Ace Capital as its issue manager.
