The board of directors meeting of the company held on April 3 decided to propose a 17.8947 percent dividend including 9 percent stock and 8.8947 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.
The company will distribute a bonus share worth Rs 270 million and a cash dividend worth Rs 266.84 million in cash dividend.
The proposed dividend is subjected to approval from the government and its upcoming AGM.
