Upper Solu Hydro Electric Company has sought approval from Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) to issue initial public offering (IPO) on March 29.
The company is planning to issue 3,307,500 units of primary shares worth Rs 330.7 million.
The company has appointed NMB Capital as its issue manager.
