Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has listed the shares of Guheshwori Merchant Bank and Finance (GMFIL) on April 8.
The stock exchange lists 640,000 units of bonus shares of the company.
Guheshwori Merchant distributed 8 percent stock dividend in the last FY.
The net profit of development banks has declined less compared to commercial banks and finance companies in the third quarter.
