Ghalemdi Hydro to conduct AGM on May 6

Ghalemdi Hydro (GHL) is conducting its 7^th AGM on May 6, in Hotel Moonlight, Paknajol, Kathmandu at 11:00 AM.

The meeting will approve its annual report and appoint an auditor for the current FY.

In this regard, the company will close its book from March 29, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till March 28 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
