The company will issue 120 million mutual fund units at a face value of Rs 10. Out of the total offered units, the company has secured 1 million to the mutual fund manager and 23 million to the promoter of mutual fund Nepal Investment Bank. The general public can apply for the remaining 96 million units of mutual funds.
The interested investors can apply for a minimum of 100 and a maximum of 12 million units. The issue will close early on April 29 and lately on May 20.
The NIBL Samriddhi Fund 2 is a closed-end mutual fund scheme. The mutual fund will mature in 10 years. The interested investors can apply from all ASBA and CASBA approved BFIs.
