Securities Board Nepal (SEBON) has approved additional nine institutional investors to apply for book-building procedure on April 16.
Along with the addition, a total of 83 institutional investors can apply for the process.
The board expects that the book-building process will determine a reasonable price for a stock with a study of all the prospects of the company.
The net profit of development banks has declined less compared to commercial banks and finance companies in the third quarter.
