Radhi Vidhyut Company (RADHI) is set to issue the right issue. The board of directors meeting of the company held on May 30 decided to issue 147.52 percent right issue.
The company will issue 147.52 percent right issue of the paid-up capital maintained after 36.5 percent bonus share. The agenda will be proposed on the upcoming 15th AGM.
Following the right issue, its paid-up capital will reach Rs 1.60 billion.
Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has published a new schedule for stock trading. NEPSE reschedule the market time according to the decision of the cabinet meeting held on April 5.
