The bank is issuing ‘8.5% RBBL Debenture- 2083’ with a maturity period of 6 years.
The bank is issuing 2.5 million units of debenture at a face value of Rs 1,000. Out of the total offered units, the bank will privately finance 1.5 million units of debenture while it will issue 1 million to the general public.
The interested investors can apply for a minimum of 25 and maximum of 250,000 units. The issue will close early on June 11 and lately on June 22.
The bank has appointed NIBL Ace Capital as its issue manager. The interested investors can apply from all C-ASBA approved BFIs and meroshare.
Care Ratings Nepal has assigned A+ rating to the issue indicating adequate degree of safety.
