The company called out its 24th AGM on July 14 in its head office at Naxal, at 11:00 AM through video conference.
The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 11 percent stock and 0.5789 percent cash dividend for tax purpose.
In this regard, the company is closing its book on July 1,thus, the shareholders registered in its book till June 30 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
