The company will issue 389,000 units of primary shares worth Rs 38.9 million. Out of the total offered units, the company has allocated 0.5 percent i.e. 6,058 units for employees and 5 percent i.e. 19,450 units for mutual funds. The general public can apply for the remaining 363,492 units.
The interested investors can apply for a minimum of 10 and maximum of 1,000 units through C-ASBA approved BFIs and meroshare.
The issue will close early on July 5 and lately on July 15.
The company has appointed NMB Capital as its issue manager.
ICRA Nepal has assigned BB- to the rating indicating moderate risk.
