An agreement has been signed by Himalayan General Insurance and NMB Capital on July 12 regarding the appointment.
As per the agreement, NMB Capital will work as share registrar for Himalayan General Insurance for the next two years.
NMB Capital will carry out all the work related to share on behalf of the insurance company.
