The meeting will approve the annual report of FY 2076/77, balance sheet, profit and loss account and cash flow statement. Moreover, the meeting will appoint an auditor for the FY 2077/78.
In this regard, the company is closing its book on August 4, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till August 3 are eligible to attend the AGM.
