Excel Development Bank fixes book close date for right issue

Excel Development Bank (EDBL) has fixed book close date for its upcoming right issue.

The board of directors meeting of the bank held on September 7 decided to close its book on September 17, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till September 6 are eligible to apply for the right shares.

The 4^th AGM of the bank held on June 28 proposed to issue 10:3 right shares to its shareholders.
