Sanima Bank (SANIMA) has announced dividend for the last FY.
The board of directors meeting of the bank held on September 22 decided to propose 17 percent stock and 0.89 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.
The proposed dividend is subjected to approval from NRB and its upcoming AGM.
Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has published a new schedule for stock trading. NEPSE reschedule the market time according to the decision of the cabinet meeting held on April 5.
