The company has called out its 1st AGM on October 29 in Hotel Aloft, Thamel at 5:00 PM.
The meeting will endorse an IPO proposal. Similarly, it will elect directors and approve the appointment of an independent director.
Moreover, it will delegate authority to BOD to amend its article and memorandum of association and appoint an auditor.
