The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 29 percent cash dividend to its shareholders. Moreover, the meeting will delegate authority to BOD to borrow funds if required from BFIs.
In this regard, the company will close its book on October 25, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till October 24 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
