The company is conducting its 18th AGM in its head office at Thapathali on November 3 at 11:00 AM through zoom meetings.
The meeting will endorse a proposal of a merger/acquisition with Rairang Hydropower. Similarly, it will endorse a proposal of distributing 12.6 percent cash dividend including tax to its shareholders and appoint an auditor.
In this regard, the company will close its book on October 21, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till October 20 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
