The company is issuing 730,000 units of IPO at a face value of Rs 100 worth Rs 73 million from October 21.
Out of the total offered shares, the company has allocated 2 percent i.e. 14,600 units for employees and 5 percent i.e. 36,500 to mutual funds. The general public can apply for the remaining 678,900 units.
The issue will close early on October 25 and lately on November 4. The interested investors can apply for a minimum of 10 and maximum of 20,000 units of shares.
ICRA Nepal has assigned BB- rating to the issue indicating moderate risk.
The company has appointed Nepal SBI Merchange Banking as its issue manager. The interested investors can apply from all C-ASBA approved BFIs and through meroshare.
