The bank announced distributing 14.25 percent stock and 0.75 percent cash dividend for tax purposes to its sharehodlers.
The proposed dividend is subjected to approval from NRB and its upcoming AGM.
Currently, the bank has paid-up capital of Rs 10.96 billion that will reach Rs 12.52 billion after the bonus share distribution.
