The bank announced of distributing 14 percent stock and 3 percent cash dividend including tax to its shareholders.
The proposed dividend is subjected to approval from NRB and its upcoming AGM.
Currently, the bank has paid-up capital of Rs 12.63 billion that will reach Rs 14.40 billion after the bonus share distribution.
