The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 8 percent stock and 0.50 percent cash dividend to its shareholders. Moreover, the meeting will elect two directors from ordinary shareholders.
In this regard, the company will close its book on November 25 thus the shareholders registered in its book till November 24 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
